We undertook an extensive renovation and upgrade service for all the windows, doors and garage door in this detached Victorian home in central Cambridge.
The work
- We removed all opening sashes from both casement and sliding-sash windows and repaired the boxes, frames and sills
- Conservation joints were created in the sashes to allow for movement
- The sashes were planed and the Sashcraft Advanced Sealing System was installed for draught and noise-proofing
- We decorated all the windows, which we fitted with quality brass furniture to complete the upgrade
